Shipping

Australian Orders

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days (total expected time 4–10 business days).

Free standard shipping is available on eligible Australian orders of A$100 or more.

Express shipping may be available at checkout. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

Tracking is provided where available. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at eclatdetreau@gmail.com.

Overseas Fulfilment

Some products are labelled "Overseas Fulfilment" and ship directly from overseas. These may arrive separately from other items in your order. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days. Customs and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. Overseas Fulfilment products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Returns & Exchanges

Australian-Stock Products

Eligible change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Eligible Australian-stock footwear orders receive one complimentary first size exchange, subject to stock availability and the applicable return conditions. Return shipping costs apply for subsequent exchanges.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Overseas Fulfilment products and Final Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and supporting photos or video where appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Limited stock items are not guaranteed to be restocked. Orders are confirmed after payment is received.
