Shipping (Australia)

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.
• Express may be available.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 

Overseas Fulfilment

• Some products ship from overseas and will be clearly labelled “Overseas Fulfilment.” Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days.
• Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Overseas fulfilment items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges. Faulty or incorrect items are handled under Australian Consumer Law. 

Returns (Australia Orders)

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Return shipping costs apply unless the item is faulty.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. 

Drops & Limited Editions

• Limited stock. Restocks are not guaranteed.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is successful.
