RETURNS

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs for an approved change-of-mind return.

One complimentary first size exchange is available per eligible Australian-stock order, subject to size availability and the return conditions.

REFUNDS

Once a returned item has been received, inspected and approved, Éclat d’être will process the refund to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. The customer's bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please contact Éclat d’être as soon as reasonably possible if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description. Where applicable, Éclat d’être will cover reasonable return delivery costs and provide the remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
